Applications for the Prestigious ACS WA Branch 1962 Awards are now open

 

The Australian Computer Society (ACS) WA Branch is seeking nominations for its annual 1962 Awards. These awards recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of Western Australia's brightest IT and Computing students.

 

 

Are you Eligible?

 

1962 Prize - Open to students who have, within the last 18 months, completed an undergraduate degree from a WA university with significant study in ICT.

 

1962 Medal - Open to anyone who has completed a Doctoral research (eg PhD) in Western Australia in the field of Information Technology and Computer Science.

 

 

What's on Offer?

 

ACS WA 1962 Prize: This prize acknowledges the top undergraduate student in WA's IT field. It includes a prestigious award and a $1,000 cash prize.

 

ACS WA 1962 Medal: This medal honours the most exceptional completed Doctoral research (PhD) in WA focused on Information Technology or Computer Science.
