BUSINESS SYSTEMS ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN - Applied Business Capability Models - Thursday 17 November

Monday, 17 Oct 2016

This talk will cover the process behind developing three real life sets of capability models through an open and trusted engagement with the business owners, and how to effectively apply the models in assessing the current state of health for both the business functional fit, and the associated technical debt of the application and infrastructure environments.

This information can then be used to determine and prioritise the innovation roadmaps for addressing this business and technical debt, and support the portfolio initiatives through the strategic planning and capital works processes.  The key for implementing this journey is the establishment of business champions who will take ownership for delivering the necessary solutions to the business problems that will help sustainably transform the new ideas into commercial success.
