ACS Victoria run a Special Interest Group (SIG) for practitioners interested in the successful delivery of ICT Project and Program Management. These sessions are interactive and provide an avenue for practitioners to meet and share information that extends the methodologies. The SIG is led by highly experienced practitioners to facilitate learning and the sharing experiences.
April’s session will cover ‘Defining Success Criteria, alignment to goals and managing competing priorities’.
