Project Dovetail

The current ACS Strategy (2017-2022) is focused on the achievement of three key goals: “building capacity”, “improving capability” and “being a catalyst” for tech talent and innovation in Australia and all operational initiatives are due to be completed by June 2022.

To ensure operational momentum is maintained, ACS engaged external ‘for purpose’ consultants Cube Group to assist in the delivery of the new ACS Strategy (2023-2027), called Project Dovetail.  The project kicked off in June 2021, and consultation and member engagement concluded in February 2022.  Cube Group are now finalizing the plan, which will guide our strategic direction over the next five years, and particularly, how we will work together as a strong and cohesive organisation.  A copy of the final strategy will be shared with Management Committee and Congress at the end of March 2022 for review and endorsement. Once endorsed, the Strategy will be shared with Members.
