Smart Places Masterclass - Investing in Smart Places with Michael Comninos, Jason de Sousa and Meredith Hodgman
This Masterclass looks at investment models to drive the deployment of smart places and achieve benefits at scale. The session takes a look at the opportunities and challenges of a whole precinct approach, roles for developers and government in enabling scale and funding solutions, including through public private partnerships, and the importance of measuring benefits and establishing return on investment with a focus on social impact.
