Embracing neurodiversity

“We are missing out on so much incredible talent, purely because neurodiverse people don’t feel supported in some working environments.”

Some of the greatest minds throughout history have been neurodivergent, so why are we not creating workplaces that are more understanding of neurodivergent needs?

While many employers consider the ethical aspects of embracing neurodiversity, they fail to realise the incredible value the unique skills of neurodivergent people can bring to their organisation.

Diverse talents in areas like pattern recognition, memory retention and out-of-the-box thinking can offer innovative solutions to complex challenges. Creating working environments where neurodivergent people feel safe, supported and understood is not just the right thing to do, it can improve business performance and positively impact the skilled talent shortage.
