This session will highlight the strategic imperatives of adopting best-in-class capabilities including best-in-class automation where appropriate. Chris will delve into the relationship between technology uplift and the speed of automation, underlining the importance of modernising underlying technology infrastructures and planforms, enabling maximum returns from automation initiatives. From enhanced efficiency to heightened security, the session will navigate the advantages and challenges of aligning with best practices during digital transformations.
Key takeaways will include an understanding of how to strategically integrate best-in-class global ICT platforms to enhance overall organisational performance and how the combination of best-in-class platforms and automation can increase organisational agility.
