I'm Claudia, and I've almost finished my second year of a mechatronic engineering and computer science dual degree. I absolutely love the world of technology, software, and digital transformation, and I'm passionate about developing my skills so I can use tech to innovate, collaborate, and solve complex social/ global issues. Alongside this, I've been busy exploring the tech industry, theough starting my own VR/AR society at UQ, getting an internship at Google, and running hackathons and events all over the place! I'm also extremely passionate about empowering minorities in STEM, having seen discrimination and underrepresentation in both my high school and my degree.

Kimberly is passionate about turning ideas into realities. She is motivated by emerging technologies and how she can contribute to the future of user experience design and software development as a Graduate Front End Developer at Deloitte Digital.
Kimberly has recently completed a double degree in Information Technology and Creative Industries at QUT, with majors in Computer Science and Interactive & Visual Design. She was also the 2021 President of Women in Technology, a student society that aims to unite, inspire and empower strong like-minded females studying all things tech at QUT.
Still eager to get involved in initiatives and networks, Kimberly is a member of the ACS QLD Emerging Professionals Committee and of the QUT IT Industry Advisory Group. Hi I’m Dennis, a current software engineer at Amazon. I previously interned at Amazon in Summer 2021, before later converting to a full-time graduate software engineer when I graduated from UQ with an Honours degree in Software Engineering. Before interning at Amazon, I worked as an undergrad developer at WorkingMouse, a Brisbane based consultancy. The biggest draws of the tech industry for me were that I love to solve problems, and I always get to learn something new. A fun fact about me is my minesweeper Expert board clear time is 51 seconds 😊.
