The DIT is a one-year full-time course that blends online and workplace experiences – there are zero face-to-face classes. The course covers 20 units of competency, consisting of:

ACS Complaints and Appeals Policy
ACS have a student-friendly policy and process for complaints and appeals. If a student exhausts that process and remains dissatisfied, they can escalate their case to ACS for review using the ACS Complaints and Appeals Form.
