In shaping the future of how organizations operate, innovate, and remain competitive, The ACS is pleased to have the support of Albury City Council, who recognizes the profound impact that Digital Transformation (DT) can have on our regional communities and industries.
Our panel speakers will highlight the growing importance of DT across various sectors. We will explore how DT is not just a project with a start and end date but a fundamental shift in our organizational culture. This shift influences how we work, think, and create value, requiring us to embrace agility, creativity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
While technology often takes canter stage, the true measure of DT's success lies in how well it integrates with the people who power our organizations.
We will discuss strategies for ensuring that this transformation is inclusive, supports our diverse talents, and builds a future where technology serves as a powerful enabler of human potential, rather than a barrier.
Come and join us to learn more about the human aspect of Digital Transformation.
Please bring your questions to have them answered by our panelists.
The event will wrap up with pizza and community time at 7 pm.
Location: Business Hubs, Enterprise Plus, 2/575 Olive St, Albury.

Driven by values and results, he has a track record of creating successful outcomes of benefit through planning and delivery - as well as introducing change governance, frameworks, and controls to organisations where they were previously non-existent or required maturity.Dan enjoys navigating the challenges associated with guiding others through change.
He has worked with employers in agribusiness, tertiary education, manufacturing and engineering, and financial services delivering work from small project initiatives up to programs with an attached spend of circa $5 million.Dan believes he has a lot of room for growth ahead of him, including his ability to write a bio."
Her interest in technology was based on the power it provided to enable better, faster, smarter ways of working, helping people to work more efficiently and organisations to continually evolve in new areas of innovation.
Lisa was born and raised in Albury/Wodonga and returned to the area several years ago, after seeing such growth and change in her home town and work opportunities that were not afforded earlier in her career. Since then, she has found inspiring local businesses and employers, and the central location of Albury/Wodonga allows for easy travel to Melbourne or Sydney for networking and conferences.
She is passionate about solving real problems rather than shiny new toys, supporting people in their transition to digital ways of working, and continually learning from others. She is constantly looking for ways to pay it forward to local youth by building STEM work experience and placements, promoting local job opportunities in regional areas, and pathways for neurodiverse students to find futures that are not restricted by their perceived limitations, but defined by their incredible strengths.
A creative at heart and a desire to equip all. Generally I'm a bit of a technology all-rounder often working in the role of Virtual CTO with varying organisations. I get to work with great teams, one of which is Align Technology, with a pioneering spirit and new ideas they are pushing boundaries and preconceptions realising that leadership and culture through technology work hand in hand to develop great businesses. Businesses flourish through improved relationships, process efficiency, out of the box cultures, 3rd party relationship management and of course resulting unrealised profitability to name a few.
Ask me sometime what is a TLCP - Technology Leadership and Culture Provider, I think this in many encapsulates what Align Technology is all about. My creative heart helps deriving interesting solutions to achieve goals at hand. Capable to handle a myriad of tasks. Service management, pre-sales, technical services and IT management, project management, leadership roles and so on.
Life is a wonderful journey, perhaps we'll share a common path some day.
