A conversation with Karen Borg, CEO of Jobs for NSW

Karen Borg is the Chief Executive Officer of Jobs for NSW. Previously, Karen was President for ResMed, Asia Pacific and the Middle East from 2012 until 2015. Prior to this, she was Global Vice President, Marketing for Advanced Sterilization Products, a Johnson & Johnson company based in Irvine, California.

She has worked in the FMCG and healthcare industries in senior commercial roles in Australia, the United Kingdom, Russia and Taiwan, and for leading organisations in the USA, including Nestle, Revlon, Goodman Fielder and Seagram, with a broad functional background in marketing, sales and business development.
