Document requirements
When completing your application, you may choose to upload a copy of relevant Vendor Certifications as listed above, along with verification details (e.g., certification number or digital badge link).
Please make sure all Vendor Certifications clearly display:
- The name of the issuing authority
- Validation or certificate number
- Your full name, matching the name on your application
- Date of issuance and, if applicable, the expiry date of the certificate. If the certificate has a validity period, proof of renewal or maintenance should also be included, if relevant.
